We believe that in order for the body to heal and perform optimally, it must be provided with the key nutrients it requires for restoration of health and well being.  This overriding concept is the basis for all of our products, and is our inspiration for the goal of harnessing the natural power of nutrition to enhance health, healing and well-being.

Eziah Syed

Eziah has held senior innovation and strategy roles in multinationals and has been a serial entrepreneur. He has deep experience in innovation, new products, new ventures and white space growth opportunities with a particular focus and emphasis on technology based solutions. Eziah holds an MBA with undergraduate degrees in business and psychology. He is also studied in advanced corporate finance and design thinking.

Eziah helped his brother to start a successful chain of physical therapy practices focused on the under served. He is passionate about all things related to health and wellness.

Gayemarie Brown

Gayemarie has more than 25 years of digital transformation experience for the world’s leading companies. As a bold leader and entrepreneur, she has built companies from the ground up leveraging exponential technologies and disruptive business models. Gayemarie is sought-after globally to speak on various subjects such as exponential technologies, digital disruption and artificial intelligence explaining the impact on our governments, businesses and what we need to do now to prepare for the change ahead. Listed as one of the top female futurists in the world, she was invited to the National Privy Council and Cabinet’s national Innovation conference to share her views on the criticality of understanding Artificial Intelligence as accountable business leaders and citizens.

Whitney Stevens

Whitney has a twenty-year track record building new businesses and bringing to market new products.  She is an early pioneer of emerging payments and mobility in financial services.  She held key executive positions at Citi, Morgan Stanley and American Express. Whitney is Chair of New York Foundation for the Arts and Founding Chair of Southampton Arts Center, a multi-disciplinary arts venue.  Whitney is an active angel investor and sits on a number of advisory boards.  Whitney received her BA magna cum laude from the Woodrow Wilson School of Princeton University and her MBA beta gamma sigma from Columbia Business School.  She resides in New York City.


Ali Syed

Ali is responsible for implementing and overseeing all aspects of creative design and digital media. With over 20 years of industry experience, Ali has developed and managed a wide variety of digital projects, such as: social networking, interactive, blogging and database-driven sites. Ali has worked for some of the largest companies in the world to integrate Web 2.0 social networking applications, not only as communication tools, but also as full-fledged marketing platforms. Some of the most notable companies Ali has worked with include Motorola, McDonalds, MTV, Flight Center and Newsweek. Ali is driven by his passion to push the boundaries of technology and design, to create media that breaks through noise and clutter and resonates with a wide variety of audiences. His has a fascination with new techniques and methods, devotion to perfectionism and obsession with quality.

Ken Roycroft

Ken double hats as a science board member and a business team member. With his passion, we needed him in both places. For over 25 years, Ken Roycroft has dedicated his life to researching the science of regenerative nutrition and how the right combination of nutrients can accelerate healing, recuperation, and slow down the overall aging process.

Ken’s reputation and history of successfully assisting his patients, and clients, to achieve new levels of health and vitality has resulted in him serving clients from literally around the globe. As Integrative Healing Advisor in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Ken educates physicians on how regenerative nutrition can help patients more effectively heal from injury, recover from surgery and optimize the outcome of regenerative medical procedures. He is also a sought after speaker in the areas of corporate wellness, healthy aging, optimal health and peak performance.


Chris Gusty

Chris has been a trusted advisor to organizations ranging from Government agencies to multi-billion-dollar Global brands. He specializes in corporate development, innovation strategy, and operations. He has helped business leaders realize new sources of growth through technology and business model innovation. He is passionate about the opportunities for innovation in healthcare, in particular how innovation can help to drive better patient outcomes. Chris has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, with a specialization in entrepreneurship.

Meena Mansharamani

Meena Mansharamani is an innovative, strategic and passionate leader who has delivered results in both corporate and start-up environments. She is currently  the President of Intend Growth, LLC., which she founded in January 2014.  She is partnering with leadership teams committed to delivering higher levels of impact.  She was most recently Managing Director of Materne North America where she delivered breakout growth, growing the GoGo squeeZ brand from $7MM to $120MM in 3 years. Prior to Materne, she was SVP Innovation and Insights at Pepsi-Cola and VP Strategy at PepsiCo.  Meena was also Vice President of the Consumer Products and Retail Practice at A.T. Kearney.  Meena has an MBA from Wharton and a MA/BA from Harvard.  She is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and on the Board of Alex’s Lemonade Stand committed to raising funds for childhood cancer research and Animal Haven committed to animal rescue.

Reja Sabet

Reja Sabet is a third-generation entrepreneur with a track record of successful pioneering, executions and exits. He is currently the independent Director of publicly traded Shaklee Group, a $600M natural nutrition company. In addition, he co-founded the multi-billion dollar undersea fiberoptic cable company FLAG Telecom with Verizon (IPOd in 2000) and was the COO of Beauty.com (now part of Walgreen’s). Born and raised in NYC, Reja has a BBA from the Wharton School of Finance, and an MBA from NYU Stern.
