MEND™ announced today that it will immediately begin working with NFL prospects Kolton Miller, Adam Brenneman and Chase Edmonds to provide these athletes access to award winning MEND functional nutrition products and nutrition advisory program during their preparation for the 2018 NFL draft.
“We were contacted by Octagon Football due to the growing number of inquiries about sports nutrition and specifically MEND from professional sports agents and athletes,” says co-founder Eziah Syed. “We’re very excited to work with sports organizations like the caliber of Octagon to bring elite nutrition products to their sports clients.”

As a part of the new partnership, MEND will immediately begin to work with three former collegiate athletes who are top prospects for the upcoming NFL draft. The MEND science team will develop a custom nutrition program strategy for these athletes and film their preparation for the NFL draft which takes place in Dallas April 26-28. The highly specialized MEND nutrition advisory program focuses on optimizing healing and recovery and promoting peak sports performance.

A 6-foot-8, 310-pound left tackle, Kolton is one of the top prospects in the 2018 NFL Draft. Playing in every game this season for UCLA, Kolton was named second team all PAC-12 during the 2017 season.

Named University to USA TODAY’s 2017 College Football All-American Team, Adam was one of only two tight ends chosen from all NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) programs. The former University of Massachusetts tight end finished his final collegiate season as the top-ranked tight end in the nation for receptions per game (5.8) and second for most receiving yards per game (69.5).
