MEND RETURN POLICY

How do I return my MEND?

Customers may return any unopened merchandise purchased from mend.me or mendjoint.com within 30 days for a full refund.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please email support@mend.me and we will do our best to work with you on your return.

To complete your return for any un-used item that is in the same condition as when it was received (i.e. sealed, unopened bottles), follow the steps below to process your return online:

  1. Open your order confirmation email
  2. Click the “View my Order” button within the email
  3. Find your order tracking number, and click the tracking number link
  4. Under your delivery date, click the “Return Items” button
  5. Complete the form by selecting the number of unopened items you would like to return
  6. Print the return label generated for you, attach to your parcel, and return to any USPS location

Once your return is received at our processing facility and inspected, your refund will be processed and you will receive email confirmation.

Note: For any MEND purchases made through alternative channels (Amazon, MD or physician, etc.), you will need to process returns through those channels.

 

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you receive a damaged item, please e-mail us at support@mend.me. Just send us your name, order number and the item that was damaged and we will replace the damaged item immediately.

 

Why haven’t I received my refund for my returned product?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mend.me and we will make sure to process your refund.
