how do I return my mend™?

mend™ will refund your payment if there’s an issue with your order arriving due to shipping problems, damage, or missing product. Given FDA requirements, we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund for a product that has successfully shipped from our warehouse.

Please contact support@mend.me to begin your request for a refund. 

why haven’t I received my refund for my returned product?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this doesn’t clear things up, please contact us at support@mend.me and we will make sure to process your refund.
