shipping policy

Due to the recent COVID19 pandemic, mend™ cannot guarantee adherence to our standard shipping policies. We are working diligently with our fulfillment centers and with shipping carriers to get product delivered to customers as soon as possible.

All mend™ packages are sent through national or international carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Please allow 24 hours for our fulfillment center to process each order. All mend™ purchases come with free Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays)*

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays)*

mend™ products are made-in and shipped-from the United States.

Delivery outside of the US is possible. mend™ charges a standard rate for international shipping based on weight, regardless of country. The shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for covering any import duties and fees.

* Shipping to rural delivery areas and international orders may take longer.
