Mend announces the appointment of Paul Roscoe as Chief Executive Officer to lead the company into its next phase of growth.

Paul brings over 25 years of exceptional leadership experience in digital health, SaaS, and data-driven healthcare services. Eziah Syed, Mend’s founder and outgoing CEO, will transition into a new role as Chief of Growth & Innovation.

This transition marks a significant milestone in Mend’s journey as it scales to meet the rapidly growing demand for nutrition-powered digital health solutions in clinical and consumer markets. Paul’s extensive background in building and scaling healthcare technology platforms will accelerate Mend’s mission to transform healing and longevity through clinically proven nutrition.

Paul has held leadership roles at some of the most influential companies in healthcare. As CEO of Crimson Analytics (now part of Optum), he helped build a sector-leading analytics platform used by thousands of hospitals. At Sentillion, he led the company’s growth through a successful acquisition by Microsoft. Paul also served as founding CEO of Docent Health, where he pioneered patient navigation and engagement technology, leading to a successful exit to GetWellNetwork. Most recently, he was CEO of CLEW Medical, where he led the global expansion of real-time clinical AI analytics.
