How do I return my mend™?
mend™ will refund your payment if there’s an issue with your order arriving due to shipping problems, damage, or missing product within 30 days of purchase. Given FDA requirements, we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund for a product that has successfully shipped from our warehouse.

Why haven’t I received my refund for my returned product?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this doesn’t clear things up, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure to process your refund.
