Mend Expands Leadership Team to Accelerate Next Phase of Growth and Scale

New leaders Jaclyn Henkhaus and Greg Zenko join Mend to strengthen partner growth, implementation excellence, and the continued expansion of Upgraid

New York, NY — May 4, 2026 — Mend, a leader in clinically validated nutrition, digital care, and recovery-focused health solutions, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointments of Jaclyn Henkhaus as General Manager, Upgraid, and Greg Zenko as Vice President, Implementation, Account Management, and Channel Growth.

These executive appointments mark an important step in Mend’s next phase of scale as the company continues to expand Upgraid, strengthen its partner ecosystem, and advance its mission to help people heal faster, recover stronger, and live healthier through nutrition, coaching, and remote care.

Upgraid by Mend is redefining what support looks like before, during, and after a surgical episode. Built around science-backed nutrition, continuous remote support, and human connection, Upgraid helps patients move beyond episodic care while enabling providers to achieve measurable outcomes, streamline support, and deliver a stronger patient experience. Alongside Upgraid, Mend’s clinical nutrition portfolio remains a critical differentiator, delivering physician-trusted formulas grounded in nature and research to support healing across the full continuum of care.

“As Mend enters this next stage of growth, we are building the leadership team required to scale with discipline, speed, and impact,” said Paul Roscoe, CEO of Mend. “Jaclyn and Greg each bring the kind of healthcare operating experience, commercial rigor, and patient-centered thinking that will help us deepen our relationships with partners, strengthen the experience for clinics and providers, and expand the reach of Upgraid. Their leadership will be critical as we continue to build a more connected, outcomes-driven model for recovery and long-term health.”

Jaclyn Henkhaus joins as General Manager, Upgraid, where she will lead the continued growth and operational execution of Mend’s remote care platform. A clinician with deep experience across clinical implementation, operations, and care delivery, Jaclyn brings a practical understanding of what it takes to build scalable healthcare programs that work in the real world. Prior to Mend, Jaclyn was SVP, Market and Clinical operations at Dispatch Health which she helped build into the leader in home healthcare.

In his role as Vice President, Implementation, Account Management, and Channel Growth, Greg Zenko will lead key functions that are central to Mend’s ability to scale across partners and care settings. He brings decades of healthcare commercial and operational leadership experience, with a strong track record of working with healthcare organizations to improve performance, strengthen relationships, and expand adoption of innovative solutions.

Together, these appointments reflect Mend’s commitment to building the infrastructure, leadership, and operating discipline needed to meet growing demand for nutrition-powered digital health solutions. As Upgraid expands, Mend is focused on improving the full experience across patients, providers, clinics, surgeons, and partners — bringing together clinical nutrition, remote support, behavioral guidance, and data-driven care to help people prepare, recover, and sustain better health.

“Mend has always believed that healing does not begin and end with a single procedure or product,” added Roscoe. “The future of recovery is continuous, personalized, and supported by science. With Jaclyn and Greg joining our leadership team, we are better positioned than ever to deliver on that vision at scale.”
