Dr. Laurence Dubensky is an emergency medicine physician in Aventura, Florida and is affiliated with multiple hospitals, including Aventura Hospital and Medical Center and Kendall Regional Medical Center. Jigar Shah is a Senior Finance professional with extensive Corporate Finance experience, specifically in renewable energy. With his efforts, his employers have raised over $2B in capital through numerous debt and equity raises. MEND is humbled to have these two industry leaders as the newest investors.
