Easy 3-Ingredient Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (22 oz.) Tyson Grilled & Ready Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast, frozen
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) chili sauce
  • 1 jar (18 oz.) apricot pineapple preserves (or apricot preserves)
  • 2 cups cooked rice or steamed vegetables, for serving

Directions

  1. Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, stir together the chili sauce and preserves until smooth.
  2. Slow cook: Add the frozen chicken to your slow cooker and pour the sauce over top. Stir to coat evenly, then cover and cook on high for 2–3 hours until hot and bubbly.

Notes
If you cannot find apricot pineapple preserves, use apricot preserves and mix in a small can of crushed pineapple or some fresh diced pineapple.
