Healthy Peanut Butter Bars Recipe
Craving something sweet but still want to keep it healthy? These peanut butter bars are the answer. With only four simple ingredients, they’re naturally delicious, energizing, and taste like a wholesome twist on a classic peanut butter cup.
Ingredients
Making a batch of these no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars is simple and requires only four ingredients.
- Peanut Butter: Creamy works best to bind the bars. Salty is great, but crunchy or smooth both work.
- Oat Flour: Adds fiber, texture, and flavor. Make your own by blending rolled oats in a food processor.
- Maple Syrup: Pure maple syrup as the sweetener. Honey or agave are fine substitutes. Use 1/4 cup.
- Chocolate Chips: Mini chips for sweetness and crunch. Dark or dairy-free are great options.
Tip: For a twist, add 1/2 cup shredded coconut or chopped nuts on top for extra crunch and texture.

Tip: Line the dish with parchment first to lift out and slice easily. - Melt the chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe dish in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
