Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe using Mend Regenerate in Vanilla
Leaves changing, scarves being pulled out of storage, and of course pumpkin (everywhere!) For many, these elements ring in autumn and all its glory.
For those of us looking to fully embrace the cozy pumpkin-iness of autumn while making healthy nutrition choices, we have developed a delicious, nutrient-dense Pumpkin Pie Smoothie recipe.
Ingredients:
2 Cups of your choice of milk
¼ Can of pumpkin puree
½ Frozen banana
1 Serving of Mend Regenerate Vanilla
Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with cinnamon, all spice, and or pumpkin spice seasoning! Video instructions are linked here!
