As we look to add strength to support our hospital clients and professional practices, we’re thrilled to add Charisma Hooda to our team. She’s not only very cerebral, highly educated and experienced, she has the values and DNA that fits what we look for at MEND.
Charisma is a population health advocate and a designer of solutions to improve healthcare. She has strong background public health, research and nutrition, particularly among vulnerable populations. She is passionate about innovation in population health to improve quality, decrease costs and increase access. Previously, she worked with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on increasing access to healthcare and has advised organizations on healthcare strategy. She holds undergraduate and masters degrees in Public Health and Epidemiology from UC Berkeley and Columbia University, respectively.
