It’s National Running Day! Why do we run?

Whether it’s a lifelong practice or a newfound habit, running crosses the globe as a bonding experience. And in the United States, at least 50 million people consider themselves “runners”. At mend, we are no different! So many of our team incorporates running into their lives, and for all different reasons. When we aren’t working on groundbreaking clinical nutrition solutions, you can find many of us hitting the pavement to log some miles.
