The citrus flavor blends perfectly with banana, kiwi, and spinach for a refreshing, nutrient-packed boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • Handful of spinach
  • ½ glass almond milk or coconut water
  • ½ tbsp fresh raw ginger
  • 1 scoop Repair & Recover (Daily or Surgery)
  • Optional: handful of ice or 1 tbsp shredded coconut for texture

Directions:
